We stayed here at the Country View Campground, that Bob & I remembered staying in the last time we took an RV through Nebraska. It's really a charming place with a friendly calico cat who greeted us. This stay was more uneventful than the last time, because last time we were under a tornado warning. Country View Campground has been here since the 60's, so I wonder if the first "rig" is pictured below. The last picture is a John Deere sales office near the campground.
We're traveling through Nebraska today, seeing lot's of farmland. It's been wonderful seeing all of the ranching and farming in mid-America. After all we hear about disasters such as 9/11, Katrina and our current economy, seeing this helps us realize that America is still strong.
