Since we didn't take pictures today, here's a figure of our campground, the Lake George RV Park, which included all the amenities. As with many campgrounds in the area, it was geared toward the summer vacationer from the east coast.
Our journey then continued through Glens Falls, Hudson Falls, Saratoga Springs and Hoosick Falls into Vermont. We then followed the path carved out in 1777 when General John Stark and his army returned to New Hampshire. The colors were fabulous as we wandered along brooks and creeks. At the Elks Lodge in Brattleboro, a local native told us he hasn't seen such beautiful colors in over 20 years.
